- Jacolien van Rij and I launched our study Maak dat de kat wijs! , which was featured as a national citizen science project during the Dutch Weekend of Science.

- Together with Jacolien van Rij, I gave two lectures about idioms for the Child University Groningen in the newly opened Forum in Groningen.

- Interview about maakdatdekatwijs.nl during the Arts Faculty's New-Year's reception.
- I was a member of the organizing committee for the WAP symposium "Taal en het Brein" (language and the brain) on January 25th 2020 in Amsterdam.
- On Friday, January 31st, I gave a couple of short lectures on eye tracking research for prospective linguistics students in Groningen.
